iRunDocs provides online document generation tools for personal and business use. Our service includes paystubs, invoices, contracts, lease agreements, and other legal and business documents.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iRunDocs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any errors or omissions in the documents generated
• Any legal consequences arising from the use of generated documents

8. Data Retention

We store your documents for 30 days from the date of creation. After this period, documents may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving your documents.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
